When you sign up, we collect your email address, an optional first name and whether you are interested in a future focus group. We also record the consent you provide with the form. Netlify may process technical details needed to receive and protect form submissions.

WHY WE USE IT

We use these details to share Stay After development news, launch updates and related pre-launch invitations. We may contact people who express interest in focus groups about testing opportunities. We do not use this list to process purchases or take payments.

LEGAL BASIS AND CONSENT

We rely on your consent for marketing emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out while consent was valid.

WHERE INFORMATION IS STORED

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We will keep your details while they are needed for the pre-launch and associated launch updates, or until you ask us to remove them. We periodically review the list and remove information we no longer need.
